Dance For Healing Class is a unique experience for men & women  who want to empower themselves through core moves to increase strength, balance, and self-confidence

This class is based on Flamenco moves. The artist is specialized in Flamenco with 15 years of experience in the international arena

Taught by a native instructor from Chile  Julieta Arteaga “  The class will be 1 hour & 15 minutes max as this dance therapist needs concentration, breathing, and stretching
