  • Online half hour exercise sessions 5 times a week, what’s not to like! My absolute favourite is 2pm on a Tuesday ‘Ballet Stretch’ - I genuinely think I’m becoming more graceful by the week. It’s been such a help during lockdown. I think this may be my new normal as I used to get really stressed driving through the traffic, now I just walk into my dining room and Joanna's friendly face pops up on my iPad perched on the piano.

  • Joanna is just brilliant. She's warm, professional and her passion is infectious. She is clear in her approach to everything she does and I trust and value her opinion. I would highly recommend.

  • Joanna is the reason I am healthy and supple rather than stooped and aching all the time. Her workouts are "whole body" exercises and her tuition has helped me build up my core. Highly recommended.
