Zero stars if possible. Trying to get hold of anyone is impossible. Wanting to get the electrics fixed in my home and it's impossible. Wishing I hadn't gone with shared ownership as cheap work, cheap labour, poor outcome. Shame because I've still paid a lot of money for a shambles of a build!!

I had this company wire my new build property. Absolutely poor quality of checking workmanship. Outside light not wired correctly and allowing rain water to get through to the electrical box causing electrical fault within the property.

Clients house originally wired and second fixed by CE. (Their stickers all over dis board). No sleeve on CPC at various points on lighting and sockets, along with no phase coloured sleeve to identify live conductors. Cables pinched by accessory screws. Loose connections all over the property. How does this work get signed off? Shameful.

Absolutely poor service. They are sending people to customers who do not have experience , do not know how to fix easy things what's more they broke something what worked properly before their visit. On last visit electrician had to only swap the power socket after 3 hours job he left 10 small holes in the wall around and left. Unfortunately Taylor Wimpey use them so I have no choice as i bought house from them. Avoid them

We moved in to a our new home last year. There were some issues that we noticed with Electrical works which were addressed promptly. There were a couple of larger issues, which took a while to resolve but its all done now. Thanks to Kyle who was the last engineer who visited, he was to issue the elec cert but also picked up on some of the stuff that was going on for some time, he has now fixed everything and tested the elec to for anew cert. He id in deed a star and asset for the company....
