Clancy Briggs Cycling Academy

Attended the CB crit master class today with several youth riders from our local cycling club which is in Hertfordshire (2.5 hr drive). The kids absolutely loved it and havent stopped raving about it. Would highly recommend. We will definitely be back for another session in the near future. Great, spacious and safe facility to enable your kids (or adults) to learn how to ride their bike safely and properly, away from the dangers of traffic, pedestrians and other hazards. Built initially for part of the road race, it is great to see this area leave a real legacy for the people of the town.

Absolutely Brilliant set up. Coaches and all staff are very skilled and very supportive. My son went from not being able to ride his bike to being very confident and enjoying riding and that is all because of the Clancy Briggs academy. Special mention to Ed who has really been a great coach to my son. I would highly recommend their classes.

I took the my two boys down to the Clancy Briggs Academy in the summer and they absolutely loved it. We live in North Yorkshire, so sadly can't go every week, but the holiday camps are amazing. Ed Clancy was there coaching on the day we went and he was so great with the kids. It was such a surprise for them to be coached by a real Olympic champion! Took my (just) 4 year old with a view to getting some help with the transition from balance bike to pedal bike. With enthusiastic guidance from Ali the coach, she was pedalling away within a few minutes, and building confidence throughout the session. Great facility, friendly staff - I couldn't recommend highly enough.
