  • Claire is a supportive personal trainer. She goes above and beyond with her support and information and more importantly it works. I reduced my body weight by a stone in 8 weeks when I had been struggling before. Her approach makes total sense and you don't go hungry at all. Claire gives loads of recipes and insights and her support calls are brilliant. I would definitely recommend Claire and is the only person who has helped me to make lasting changes with her approach.

  • Claire has helped me understand food and how to balance nutrition and exercise to manage weight loss.
