  • Took a watercolour class with Sheila in person downtown. It was really fun and informative. I'm no expert but am pleased with the new skills I gained! 100% recommend.

  • I joined the Creative Writing Course. It was so much fun and had great atmosphere. The tutor Niki was really encouraging and supportive. She gave a lot of hints and feedback. I learned a lot from her and the other participants. Will definitely try other City Courses! PS: Not even a native English Speaker

  • I wanted to understand watercolors better. A good beginning ground, what to use, how to use, what to avoid, try different techniques… but nothing happened. It was huge disappointment for money I paid. It was like lessons for five years old children. Let’s play and be nice. Find your brush and paint and pain what you like. Three days. Terrible.   • Not usually one to leave reviews but I've taken 3 sets of classes with City Academy (Absolute Beginners Dance, Street Dance Beginners and Contemporary Beginners) and they have been wonderful experiences. They really cater to beginners and each teacher I have had has created an environment where you feel like you can learn and make mistakes without judgement.   • So after having done some acting, I wanted to upskill so booked onto the 5-Day Foundation Acting course.
