  • Chris is one fantastic personal trainer. He listens to what you want to achieve and builds an individual programme. His Bootcamp is fun, you put in your effort but build on it as time goes by, he encourages a brilliant team ethos.

  • Want to achieve your goals then Chris is your man. Started training with Chris at his bootcamps in January. Loved every session hard work but fun at the same time. The lockdown meant we couldn't continue bootcamp but this didn't stop Chris he set up a virtual boot camp to keep us all training. Not only boot camp but Chris set up a running club in which I went from running 1-2kms to now running 40+kms a week. He is always their at the end of the phone if your in need of any support/help/extra...

  • 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 but if there could be more stars for putting up with me then i would. Definitely recommend Chris and his PT sessions for just a 1 to 1 or in a group. He let's you set yourself a target and each time you have to beat it! I started bootcamp 6 weeks after having my baby boy and I'm so glad I did, and I actually quite enjoy it. Bootcamp is also a great way to meet new people and test your own strength. There's only one thing to remember, you will get stronger and fitterπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ so join...

  • Really enjoy attending the Northfield View Bootcamp on Sunday Mornings, great friendly atmosphere and real mix of abilities. Chris makes it fun for everyone.
