  • Was a bit nervous initially but working with Chris has helped me in so many ways. From helping me with my confidence in the gym after a few injuries to walking me through a detailed rehabilitation programme to help make sure I’m much more physically prepared - I haven’t felt this great in a long time. Great at motivating and providing advice on much more than just training, working towards my goals is enjoyable and I’m fully confident I’ll get there, with Chris’s help and support.
