  • Chris is a 5 star coach, and I’ve trained with Chris for 5 years now. He always listens to his clients needs/wants and helps you 100% of the way through your own fitness journey, whether you are experienced in the gym or have never lifted a weight before. Plus his patter is class…..sometimes.
