  • Amazing equipment and great group sessions, Chris makes you feel welcome and develops your understanding and pushes your boundary straight away to build up to the next step! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to improve themselves and take their fitness to the next level. Plus it’s a great atmosphere with lots of friendly faces. Come down and try yourself!!

  • I've been training with Chris since I first started going to the gym over a year ago. He is very knowledgeable and always positive and motivating. I really enjoy my sessions with him and as a result of Chris's help I also now feel a lot more confident when I go to the gym on my own. I would 100% recommend him!

  • Chris is amazing! Both his 1 on 1 sessions and classes are equally rewarding where I have learnt to push myself beyond anything I have ever done before. I have never felt better thanks to Chris. He has a fun, approachable attitude which makes it enjoyable to train with him and also it's easy to ask him any questions you have along the way - I have learnt loads! I would recommend Chris to anyone looking to lose weight/ tone up/ feel good about themselves! :)
