  • I’ve been with Chris since the summer of 2020, training with Chris has benefitted my physical and mental health tremendously. He is so kind and encouraging, never pressuring to make you feel like you have to do something which is important to me as experiences like this in the past have been very off-putting. I couldn’t recommend Chris enough, sessions are always fun, filled with laughter and you’re guaranteed to come out knowing your body has been worked!

  • Chris is a top notch guy & a brilliant personal trainer. He tailors the workouts to get the results you want to see and no two workouts are the same. Cardio, weight training, Pilates - the list goes on! He opened my eyes to the different ways in which you can get results.   • I train once a week with Chris and have the best time! Not only are our sessions structured on the board but they’re switched up from week to week which is really fun as you never know what you’re going to get!! The sessions are tailored to whatever your limations are with a little extra push from Chris 😁 couldn’t recommend a better PT to have a bit a craic with but also get the results you want!!   • Chris is an excellent trainer. He has taught me how to exercise effectively in terms of how to structure a session and what form and weight to use. During my time traning with Chris he always changed routines so they were always fresh and fun. I really enjoyed my time traning and it has allowed me to meet and exceed my goals. More importantly my fitness level and health has come on in leaps and bounds. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone.

  • This is a fabulous set up for 1-2-1 personal training. I completed a 12 week programme starting at zero fitness, with Chris' coaching I progressed week on week and saw great gains in that short period. Chris is a natural coach and each session was varied, challenging and pushed me to build on previous progress.
