Lovely surroundings, crystal clear water, shy fish well worth the effort, reasonably priced.

Lovely place with 2 lakes. River fed so fly wise need to be aware lots of naturals. Good clean banks, plenty of room to cast. On site facilities are good. Not an easy water, but very peaceful & pretty. Def be back

First visit under new ownership and the fishery is in good hands. Plenty of fish seen in both lakes, and maintenance of the grounds is well taken care of. Fish were hard to tempt, generally following the flies but reluctant to take. Fast stripping led to a nice rainbow of 1 1/2 lb on a blue shuttlecock just sub surface ( own tying ).
