I was personally very interested in learning martial arts using weapons and was fascinated by the array of traditional weapons taught here - staff/stick, nunchucks, fan, sword, broad sword and many more. I have trained with shifu Heng Sheng since 2007 and now my son who is 7 has also started taking part in lessons. This is genuine shaolin style kung fu, no immitations or impersonations. Very good, friendly school. I spent several month in China in several Kung Fu schools and I found the same spirit in this school in London. The Kung Fu principles of learning togehter, sharing experiences and supporting each other are absolutely applied. Everybody is welcomed and supported in their individual learning steps. A very professional and friendly place to learn kung fu, tai chi and chinese kick boxing. Have been going for 7 years and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Classes are accommodating whilst gaining the true kung fu experience. It is a small community I will always feel apart of. Have fun!
