Chi Taekwondo Academy - Spennymoor

Chi Taekwondo CHI TAEKWONDO was formed in 2008 with Russell Shaw being the head instructor based in Spennymoor. Chi Taekwondo consists of other instructors and clubs – Marissa Brown is based at Spennymoor and is our Head Sport coach. Kevin Mitchell with Chi Woodham. Mike Britton with Chi Fishburn and Tracey Hook with Chi Catterick and Northallerton. All of our Instructors are 4th Dan Black belt or above with over 100 years of experience between us. As an organisation we have had much success over the years producing 100s of Blackbelts and many National and international champions. Not forgetting the demonstration team who appeared on Britain’s got talent led by Russell Shaw and made it through to the live stages.
