  • I have been training in martial arts (Qwan Ki Do, Shotokan and Taekwondo) for over 10 years and I feel very fortunate to have found such an excellent club. It is family friendly, great for children and adults alike. A place to make friends and to build confidence in the same time.

  • My daughter is 10 yrs old and has been attending classes for a few months now. Her self confidence has improved loads ever since she has started even more so that her school has awarded for her academic achievements and recognition for her attitude. Great place to meet new friends and break a sweat :)

  • Great martial arts classes for all ages. We've been going there for 2.5 years now with my wife (both in our early 30s) and thoroughly enjoy it. Great instructors who know their stuff, highly recommended.

  • My Son loves the classes, he learns every time he attend and cannot wait to go....he is 6 years old and has his orange belt, and knows all the patterns, hand/leg technics, speed and defence drills. In addition, he is learning new skills e.g. to focus, what is respect, defence and speaking in public as he is doing at times the warm ups in front of class, suberb.

  • I have had the pleasure of training with Subumnim Van Der Pol for the last three to four years and was delighted when he decided to take on his own Chi Combat School.
