  • I first came across Cheryl during COVID19 when she was doing free online sessions. I live abroad and she was recommended by a friend. She came across as very knowledgeable and I thoroughly enjoyed these sessions.   • From the first phone call I knew Cheryl could help me. I wanted to get stronger, be more mindful and generally be healthier. I have achieved that and so much more! I have moved away for a few months and miss the balanced feeling I was achieving but I will be back!! I cannot recommend Cheryl more.   • It's been a new experience for me training with Cheryl. She only gives you a few changes / new things to do every 2 weeks, which around family life and work, is exactly what works for me in comparison to previous PT's who expect an overhaul of everything from day 1.
