We specialise in age specific Classes for Children starting from age 3. Our Panda Classes are for age 3 & 4, Ninja Class 5 & 6 Years, Samurai Class 7 - 9 years, Warrior Class 10 - 13 years and our Adult & class for REAL self defence. Our special Fitness Kickboxing programme is the most exciting weight loss and fitness programme out there. For that special child our 'Karate Birthday Parties' are something special. We offer outstanding instruction and training for men, women, and children.
