This is an excellent Golf Shop . Always impressed by the stock of quality golf gear and equipment. Just bought these Footjoy Hyperflex golf shoes today and Matt B was so helpful and patient in finding me the right shoe and fit to make me happy. Where do I start with this course? The greens were covered in mud and bobbly. There were about 3 good greens out of 18 the rest were tuff to putt on. The price of £39 is way too much for this course even during summer. Winter rate should be £20/25 We had a 5 ball infront of us the whole round. A Marshall told them 3 times to spilt up but they didn't listen. We even told the Marshall twice but he was just interested in seeing a receipt for the green fee. Great little course, few blind holes, some nice par 3s. Good golf shop there. Clubhouse isn't the best but overlooking the lakes and hole 9. Really easy 9 hole...basically a pitch and putt...all par 3s. Worth a visit!

As treasurer of a golf society I had to shop around for another venue for our annual captains day event having been let down within 2 weeks of the event. I went to Chelsfield Lakes as we had played there before to see if they could accommodate us. They could not have been more helpful James checked the date and agreed numbers and facilities and booked it pending my confirmation. I played the 9 hole par 3 course. The fairways and greens were all in good condition and the course is very nicely presented. The holes are all different and there is some water along the way. The course meanders it's way around and is very charming. Good value (£12) for the money and the ticket is all day so you can play more than once.
