Lovely pool. Kids had a great time. Great service, friendly and pleasant people to deal with. Great idea for family trip. Will definitely be back. (As it was 6c outside the room should have been heated before we come, but we upped the thermostat and it was fine).

We really enjoyed our visit to Chelsea swim spa for private hire. Was a very pleasant visit for all the family, warm pool, jacuzzi and we could also listen to our own music. Great activity for half term or after school. We will be back some time soon.

Booked the Chelsea swim spa as a surprise treat for my wife and she really enjoyed it and so did i. It's an amazing spa pool and it's great fun when you switch on all the features like the jets(really powerful!) and the bubbles! You get the spa all to yourself during the hire period and it's completely private while you're using it which is a nice luxury. We would not hesitate to go back again. No idea how this has positive reviews?! This seems like a parent/baby nightmare. Firstly, it’s the MOST baby unfriendly place. Lots of stairs to climb up (with a pram) at the front door. Then, there are lots of steep narrow stairs to walk down (while carrying your baby). There are NO changing facilities. It’s a nice idea and could be a hidden gem in Fulham/Chelsea - but it’s not as clean or well maintained as it should be. It is very cluttered and is about the level of cleanliness you’d get in a busy public swimming baths. I wanted to hire a private session at a small pool as I thought it would be much cleaner, which is paramount under the current climate. There was dirt and hair floating in the water.
