So the past few weeks I have been doing weekly cheerfit sessions at the local gym! I absolutely love it! Takes all the weeks stress away as your concentrating on not dropping the flyer and leaves you on a high. Also force's you out your comfort zones and forces you to speak to the team. 🤩🤩🤩 Anyone in the Telford area fancy joining give them a shout and they will let you know how to join.

I thoroughly enjoyed doing the Shrewsbury food festival with this team. Gabby is an excellent coach and explained everything really well. I would highly recommend this club to adults and children alike!

So when you hear the word cheerleader what's the first thing that comes to mind? Probably pom poms!! You might also think it's mainly aimed towards girls.....I'd have to disagree.
