  • Nice cricket ground, well maintained pitches and ground. The outfield itself is very fast for a good days cricket. Accessible to the train station - just about 5 mins walk. It has two grounds, one of them is very small with houses on one side which makes it very risky. The other side is very close to a main road - I'm a bit surprised that they've got permissions to conduct games on the smaller ground. It should certainly not be used for adults cricket. Accessible pub, very good food as well ...

  • Joined Cheam Cricket Club after visiting a few in the local area. I found Cheam to be welcoming with good quality facilities - 3 new nets and 2 pitches for matches, the clubhouse has a nice up to date atmosphere with good food and drinks and as someone who has a young son and daughter I wanted quality coaching and Cheam was excellent in this area. The management appear in touch and to genuinely care about the club and the members. I've heard all 4 adult teams received promotions last year whi...

  • Great Club. The new management has provided great support for the colts and all the teams have had a great experience this year with all of them achieving promotion. Anyone local thinking about getting their kids or themselves involved in cricket should consider this club. Professional coaching has been at the forefront of the clubs philosophy and I’m so pleased with my kids progress. Some gripes from the old guard who weren’t happy with the new changes at the club have meant that they pos...

  • We moved our 7 and 9 year old boys to Cheam Cricket Club this season and couldn't be happier with our decision! The boys completed the winter nets training with the club which was excellent and I would highly recommend! They went on to attend training and play fixtures through the main cricket season. The coaches are brilliant and really work on getting the teams ready for fixtures. All members of the teams are included to play in matches irrespective of their ability so they all get a chance...

  • Amazing cricket club, so please I joined having played for various other clubs before. The difference at Cheam is that its for people from all walks of life, not much politics and great facilities. Players/management are friendly, nice social atmosphere with a great bar, 2 excellent flat pitches and training on Thursday evenings is structured working on skills to improve players. Definitely a club on the rise!
