Thank you so much for a wonderful morning today at Neardown Stables - it was most enjoyable, educational and informative. Everyone at the yard was so friendly and clearly enjoyed their work with total dedication to the horses. I can not reccomend enough. I booked the Stable Tour as a gift and from start to finish, it has been fantastic, not only is Kate delightful to deal with but the combined knowledge of the team has converted a non horse lover. The recipient of the gift was blown away and enjoyed the experience more than words can describe.

We visited Charlie's yard as part of a Red Letter Day experience. We were treated to a fantastic visit including a breakfast, stable tour and visit to the gallops. Charlie, his wife and the team were so accommodating and answered all our questions - despite the fact they were operating a fully working yard. To cap off a tremendous visit, Charlie provided us with a winning tip for the racing at Cheltenham that afternoon.

We visited Charlie Mann's Stables yesterday as a family of five. The visit started brilliantly with a wonderful welcome from Kate who met us on the drive. We were invited into their kitchen where we met Charlie, had an "ice-breaker" chat and a lovely breakfast. Within minutes we all felt relaxed, and as if we had known each other for ages. I'm amazed that Charlie isn't inundated with owners! His strike rate is phenomenal (currently over 40% as I write this), and he's currently at the top of the Racing Post's 'Hot Trainers' list. He really knows his stuff, is great fun, and personally looks after all his owners brilliantly. With an open door policy, great staff, happy horses and a fantastic yard... not to mention the winners.... what more could you want? Thoroughly recommend CMR!
