Charlie was brilliant. He was friendly and very quickly got to the bottom of what has been a problem for some time. We have a plan now and look forward to working with him.

We have had several really brilliant sessions with Charles helping us with our young Labrador girl Delphi. His calm, no nonsense manner, with clear explanations mean it’s easy to put things into practice. Lead walking is now a pleasure for all of us and with Charles input Delphi has blossomed into the loveliest family dog, who we can take everywhere without worry. We would highly recommend Charles for excellent support and guidance.
