Highly recommend, I had back pain down one side and painful wrist due to the way I was sitting / desk set up and Champion Safety conducted my desk assessment. They provided invaluable advice and my back pain went very quickly and I now know how to sit correctly and how to take the strain off of my wrist whilst in front of the PC.
