Challenges Abroad

Went to Thailand with Challenges abroad and the entire trip (from an organisational perspective) was an absolute nightmare, the trips were so poorly planned and we were never informed about anything, we were utterly clueless the entire time! We only had flight details a few days before our flight and they even tried to change the flight dates a week before leaving, it was only when people in our group pointed out that they had already bought hotels and separate flights home and how much money...

Very disappointing... I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company & I urge you to read this paragraph before considering booking with them! The organisation for this trip, considering we were all relatively inexperienced travellers, was appalling. We were constantly let down by the U.K. team.
