The teaching is second to none and caters for all abilities I didn't truly realise how good of a BJJ school this place really is until I did a recent BJJ tournament at Blue belt, the main BJJ reception asked which school I represented I replied "CF24 Jiu Jitsu" He then replied "Oh that's Bryn's gym, oh you will do well" I took Gold at the tournament The training culture here is friendly and rewarding If you want to get good quickly this is the place to be

When I started training at CF24, after getting my blue belt from a different gym, I was immediately impressed by the high quality of their students. The coaches are amazing as well as very friendly and approachable if I have any questions or technique I need help with. Everyone who trains at CF24 are also very friendly and everyone is very welcoming of to new members who join, which is great to see in a club.
