First time visit to this place and first thing is to keep a look out for the sign and entrance - it’s literally a narrow lane between two houses that can easily be missed. We hired the venue for a private function for about 100-120 people. Venue is well taken care of and has a great space/area. Happy with the overall space. There is plenty of parking on site.

It's not bad for a party, alot of seating area and adequate parking.

I had my birthday/new year party here, and the place was perfect and the staff were really helpful. We catered the party ourselves with it being new year, but the venue was spotless and the facilities were spot on. I would highly recommend this. The owner was really helpful too, even turning up at 1:30am to lock up when we finished.
