Life Skills Session - School Counsellor

Join us for our first Life Skills Session of the year, as our in-house school counsellor, Alice Coyle, leads us through a session on stress-relief, procrastination and how to stay calm when facing upcoming deadlines.

Whether working alone or in a group, it's always good to know and develop strategies to avoid conflict and anxiety from arising. This session will help arm you with the tools to take on any challenges you may be facing.
