CELT — Centre for English Language Teaching is a language school in Cardiff and has been teaching English to students from all over the world since 1989. We have been accredited by The British Council since 1993 and we are proud to be the only language school in Wales to be a member of Quality English.CELT – Centre for English Language Teaching was founded in 1989 and is based in Cardiff, S.Wales (UK). We have been accredited by The British Council since 1993 and are proud to be the first language institution in Wales invited to join ‘Quality English’, an association which chooses the best independent language schools in English-speaking countries.
