I have been working in mental health (specifically in cognitive behavioural therapy) since 2010. Most of that time has been spent working in NHS services and more recently, as a private therapist. I have also spent time teaching and supervising other therapists and I currently hold an honorary position as an Assistant Professor of Psychological Therapies at the University of Nottingham.
