I never worried about the care my little dog received from Louise, Roger and their entire team. For over ten years, they looked after her as if she was their own - from daily walks to overnight stays and grooming, they were always reliable, easy to work with, and most importantly - my dog absolutely adored them. Often going above and beyond, I really cannot recommend them more. They deserve all the stars. Thank you Louise and Roger!

Louise did a great job grooming our cocker spaniel, Oliver. She was also extremely friendly and accommodating, working Oliver into her schedule quickly when he really needed it. We just moved to London from the US and are happy to have found Louise for grooming. Also extremely helpful that she can come to you!

Reliable and enthusiastic walkers - and available at short notice: I first got in touch on a Bank Holiday Monday, by Wednesday Louise was walking Rosie.... as you can see Rosie is very happy!

So reliable, I would highly recommend Louise and her Cat visiting service. Going away can be quite stressful with cats, as they don't like the disruption of being moved elsewhere, or having strangers in the house.
