  • What is different about this CAT LIKE MOVEMENT approach is how it targets key problem areas for anyone who has been seriously active in the past. I carry a lot of baggage (aches and pains) from previous. Still need to train and want to be able to sit comfortably without needing to adjust my body every 30 mins.
