I would recommend Cat’s classes to anyone with a new puppy or a problem pooch. I’ve never felt the need to go to training classes with my previous dogs as I’ve been lucky and they were really calm and well behaved from the start but the puppy I have now was turning into a bit of a nightmare so I took her to Cat’s Puppy life skills class and it absolutely transformed our relationship. I highly recommend Cat's puppy training course. It was great to teach our puppy new skills each week and the knowing that they'd be put to the test the following week motivated us to practise each day, much more than if we'd been left to our own devices with the training! In addition to learning specific skills, we noticed that the communication with our pup in general vastly improved as a result of the course. I have a feisty little terrier cross, who is reactive in certain situations. Cat's support has been invaluable in terms of addressing his issues and helping me cope with a dog whose behaviour can sometimes be challenging. The training he has had with Cat has improved things for both of us enormously. Cat shows great empathy towards dog and human, and my dog absolutely adores her, as do I :-) Highly recommend.

We brought our chow chow puppy to Cat when he was 9 weeks for a 1-1, then signed up to the puppy class (6 week course) and a loose lead walking class. Everyone who knows about the chow chow breed knows they’re stubborn (but beautiful) things and Cat worked her magic on our little Chai. Cat worked 1-2-1 with me and my little pal, who was struggling to settle and find his feet in our new home. The knowledge, guidance, support, care, patience and understanding that she gave to each training session has been invaluable and helped us both enormously. Plus, the detailed reports that follow each time help me to practice and are a brilliant reference and reminder.
