Extremely bad customer service. Recommend to go to Basildon or Pitsea southessex club rather than this one! Not interested in clients at all. First after having confirmation of booking in their system nobody called or emailed me to confirm/decline the place. Didn't know should I plan a class or not. only after 3d attempt I called them myself and manage to get some answers and finally was booked in for a session In beginning of May I said we will not be attending in August. We were enrolled in the new building that had been opened up only walking distance from the old one. There is separate changing area for ladies and gents. Toilets on site. And plenty of seating for parents. All new equipment and staff is very helpful and patient in dealing with the kids.
