Carol and co are lovely, and absolutely brilliant at accommodating both my needs and my precious doggy’s needs- we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Our dog has been visiting Carol since she was a tiny puppy, as we were keen to get her socialised during lockdown. Have not personally used their services with our dog, however we had some enquiries and discovered that they employ a body of staff, which we decided wasn't for us as we wanted a personal touch for our pooch. Today I overheard one of their staff members shouting at one of the dogs they were "Caring" for and said "you are my least favourite dog". Between the lack of consistency of staff members looking after the dogs and one particular person who didn't really show their "least favourite dog"...

Carol has been providing holiday boarding for our dog for five years and used to have him for doggie daycare as well. She also provides a "walk from home" service that we have used on many occasions. Carol and her team are devoted to their charges. They assess each dog client individually and tailor the care according to need, showing excellent understanding in my experience (being a small animal vet for 40+ years.) Our rescue dog came with many problems but going to Carol to learn acceptable...
