Walking into this gym just over a year ago has been one of my best decisions. I've since trained at other clubs (whilst away on holiday or on business) and I can tell you this club is special. Welcoming to all, respect for everyone from white belt to champion black belt. It's fun, friendly, and has no egos - make no mistake they have many high level competitors here who can mix it with the toughest, if you want to go hard with other like minded people you can, but if you just want to have fun...

Friendly professional staff. Probably the cleanest gym in the Redhill and Reigate area. Great amount of equipment considering the size of the gym and if you avoid the evenings your have the gym mostly to yourself. Evening can get crowded but the people are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this gym to all levels trainees. Worth contacting 9f your looking for fitness classes.

I joined the gym for 5 weeks while I was based in East Surrey. I'm very new to BJJ, but all three of the instructors (Steve, Dave and Sam) were extremely generous with their time and knowledge. All of the other students were very friendly, and there was no ego or hierarchy that I could see. There's also a brand new gym downstairs looked after by Joe, which was absolutely fantastic. I will miss the prowler every day until I'm lucky enough to find such a well equipped gym again. Thanks guys!
