Owner, staff and patrons were very nice. Unsure about the squash courts themselves, but the gym is good and the place overall feels welcoming (kinda like a small community).

Nice quiet gym in the center of Carlisle. Great location and plenty of parking. Ronnie the owner is really friendly and helpful, highly recommendable.
