  • Carla is a great trainer who pushes you to your limits. Without the push you won’t gain anything from this experience. She has an amazing set up and demonstrated every station before you used it. She is very motivated in what she does. And welcomes anyone. It’s also a good laugh and great way to meet new people. :)

  • Carla is a great PT and makes every workout so fun. She’s a friendly face in the gym, encouraging and approachable, and I always look forward to the classes she teaches.
