Carl is an amazing teacher! I'm enjoying my lessons so much and feel like I've learnt a lot and improved in a short space of time. Carl is super friendly and talented! Looking forward to many more lessons!

Being self taught and playing guitar for a number of years I have always wanted to get back to basics and actually move on to playing the guitar the way it really should be played. Carl was good enough to cater lessons so that I can fill in all the missing bits and then move on from where I am at. He takes time to listen and then provide a platform to work from. Thanks for all your help so far…Great guy and great teacher.

My son has only had 6 lessons with Carl and the improvement in such a short space of time is amazing, not only that but his confidence has also massively improved. Carl is a fantastic tutor and real rock star, which is really inspiring for the young (and older ones). The lessons are reasonably priced and Carl has a pricing structure which allows you to purchase blocks of lessons at a reduced rate, which is a real help at the moment.

Carl has been an excellent guitar teacher. His sessions are well planned and prepared and he is very clear in his explanations. Lessons are structured to ensure progress, with individual exercises to develop and practice skills learned. I can see clear progress from when I started working with Carl and I am gaining much more confidence in my understanding of both techniques and the instrument itself. I would highly recommend Carl to anyone!

Carl has been fantastic since I expressed my interest in starting guitar lessons with him. He spent a lot of time prior to meeting me to get an understanding of what level I was at and where I want to be. As an absolute beginner the lessons have been very engaging and easy to follow and Carl has been really responsive to how I am progressing and tailoring the lessons to that.
