Just the person you want to energise and motivate your residents to do more, move more and enjoy the music. Some can even be tempted into singing - appropriate songs of course from the 1940s, '50s and '60s. And some fun, gentle exercise too. He's been working with people with additional needs since the 1990s, so you get experience and enthusiasm.
