Very welcoming and friendly. You get a real workout. Thoroughly enjoy it. I think it a must for women to learn how to defend themselves if they have to.

I trained here as a child and utterly loved it, I then returned 15 years later as an adult to find it just as fantastic. CMBBA is great for raising your fitness level, confidence, self discipline and so much more; I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn a martial art or just get fit.

Fantastic atmosphere and friendly staff. Other members were so polite and helpful. Will definitely be going back soon.
