Really enjoyed working with Rhys at his classes my base fitness improved. Rhys allows you to work at your own pace in a friendly relaxed environment which gets results 👍🏻😀
Really helped me build up my core strength which I was lacking. Classes have been great with lots of variety and caters for those of all fitness levels.
