  • Nice n peaceful, with well stocked lakes

  • A must fish lake. So well kept and plenty of pegs. A tranquil day out. Plenty of large brean, carp and small fish. Something for all to catch.

  • Very friendly bailiff excellent fishing

  • Two beautiful looking lakes set in the surrounding countryside of a National Trust Tudor house. This is a great place for a family day out whether you choose to explore the house or take a stroll around the gardens. The house has a gift shop and onsite tea room serving drinks and food, or if you prefer you can picnic in the extensive grounds. I would have given this 5 stars but there are no toilet facilities at the fishery and they do not allow access to members of the public.

  • This is a nice fishery set in gorgeous Northamptonshire countryside. 2 stocked fishing lakes with a large mix of species. Know to have cap at 30lb+, in a quick 6 hour session you can easily pull out a good head of silverfish. Lots of mid range 15lb carp if you fish the right pegs, don't ignore the margins.... Some rich pickings close up. A little steep on day ticket, but the annual pass is pretty good value.
