Very rude. Was struggling with my puppy so me and my partner took him to Munlochy to get trained only to be told to wait outside and that he wasn't allowed near the other dogs as he may be aggressive. They had tables everywhere and too many dogs per trainer. Originally booked a block of sessions and stopped going after a few, no real dog behaviour knowledge and definitely no customer service.
