The best experience EVER! I love going to pole classes, our instructor Amy is wonderful. Super friendly, always makes sure she keeps the sessions interesting and we always learn something new every week. Most importantly if you feel self conscious like I was, pole classes are for you! I felt bad about myself before I started but now I noticed it has boosted my confidence massively and I'm feeling super happy.

I started training at C&C over 8 years ago. The school is inside a beautiful central hotel, within the gym area.
