Had first lesson and got told it was £15 I paid £20 and was told the remainder would go towards my next lesson. After my next lesson I got told it was £19 now, that they made a mistake perfectly understandable but no apology then I for told I would need to pay the difference so I got given bank details. Forgot to send money due to a minor operation. I said I would get it too then ASAP however it was their fault. Got an abusive message back saying mistakes happen and small businesses shouldn't...
