Came Down Golf Club

Friendly club, good catering, good selection of drinks, great golf and absolutely superb views. A bit of rain has brought out the best in the course, now on preferred lies and the greens are running well, in this weather the views really are fantastico.

A great links style course with some very receptive greens. The views are amazing! So try and hit some fairways so you can take them in! Nice challenging course. Not hugely long and so is good for all levels of ability.

Played the course Friday and had a wonderful experience. Love the course, which is in great condition, the greens are superb. Enjoyed the hospitality before and after as well with some lovely food and good choice of beverages. Can’t wait to go back next week!

Amongst the most beautiful views anywhere in the world, very rare for weather to close the course. Hares and deer a common feature. CLUBHOUSE OPENING AGAIN NEXT WEEK

Pins changed once a week, bunkers raked everyday, greens mowed everyday. Can get windy on top of ridgeway with lovely views over Weymouth to the south and Dorchester and north Dorset to the north. Friendly and welcoming members and staff. Home of the Ryder cup, go and have a great game of golf
