Very dirty horrible

Came for my first EVER gymnastics class yesterday aged 46, unfit, overweight... Could not have enjoyed it more - the whole class was so welcoming, inspiringly brilliant, non-stop laughter and encouragement, and the delightful teacher Yvonna spent the whole class accompanying me round the gym, showing me the ropes and calming my nerves. Feeling it this morning but can't wait to go back!
