  • Just AMazing! First time doing exercise in a few months and Alex and Jenna’s boot camp really lifted my spirits, helped my mood and improved my fitness! They incorporated lots of different exercises; cardio, core training, weight training. This not only made it super fun, but also gave something for everyone to love. AM Fitness made it feel like we could be ourselves, under no pressure and this helped me feel comfortable during the session as well. It was easy to book on and contact them ...

  • AM Fitness has helped me hugely this year, both physically and mentally. The boot camps are fun, motivational and different each time and the instructors are on hand to answer any questions or offer support. Would highly recommend signing up!

  • Alex and Jenna are amazing! The energy they bring to their sessions is very contagious! No matter the weather they will make the session happen (no last minute cancellation guaranteed :) ) Joining a gym or a new group can be intimidating but at their bootcamps everyone is welcome and they always make sure everyone enjoys. Summer sessions were definitely my favourite!

  • The level of knowledge around fitness and how to get the maximum out of each exercise is astounding. I have been coming once a week for a little over a month now and I am already seeing my stamina increase and overall fitness improve; I tire less easily and my strength has improved massively with parts of my body becoming more defined. I highly recommend. Alex and his partner Jenna both have a really calming approach to helping you master a technique, which is really motivating. Thank you guys!
