I got recommended for CSC by a friend of mine and within the first week of training I could notice a difference. The 1-1 sessions are great and he is always pushing you to reach new limits working with you to achieve your end goal. He presents you with enthusiasm and a bag full of energy to give you the push you need. Calvin is enthusiastic and full of energy. He motivates and varies workouts to keep interest. Private 1 to 1 or very small group sessions, so great if you're self conscious in a gym environment.
